How to know when home prices will drop in Boise Idaho
The biggest driver in pushing up home prices in Boise, Idaho, is the record low of supply of homes on the market. Even with all the new construction you see being built, too few existing homeowners are putting their homes on the market to keep up the amount of demand from buyers.
In this video, I addressed the question I got from 2020 Boise real estate predictions video about how much the supply of homes needs to rise to reverse the rising trend of home prices.
If you watch the supply of homes, it can be your best early warning sign to when home prices will shift. I’m projecting that we will hit the threshold that impacts pricing at an earlier stage than we did during that last housing boom.
